Liquid
Asset Partners will be conducting the liquidation sale of a closed Dillard's
department store located at, 3455 Towne Blvd., Franklin, Ohio.
All of the retail store fixtures and equipment must be sold. The department
store liquidation is open to the public and all retail fixtures and warehouse
equipment and shelving must go.
Liquid
Asset Partners will liquidate the following office furniture and equipment: 9 office
DESKS, 12 Executive chairs w/ arms and casters, 5 rolling chairs with out arms,
3 office credenzas, 6 two drawer lateral file cabinets, 6 two drawer vertical
file cabinets, 4 three drawer lateral file cabinets, 2 four drawer vertical
file cabinets, 4 standard sled bottom office chairs, 3 books shelves, 1 single Door
safe, and 3 jewelry safes.
There
will be lots of break room equipment being liquidated at the department store
liquidation: 7 small tables, 1 three drawer lateral file cabinets, 2 book
shelves, 11 stackable chairs, 3 round break room tables, 2 residential refrigerators,
10 Stackable chairs, 2 Stainless steel trash cans, 1 residential microwaves, 1 22"
TV, 1 36" TV, and 1 commercial Bunn coffee maker.
The
following glass showcases will be liquidated at the liquidation sale of the
closed Dillard's department store in Ohio:
97 3/4 view glass showcases, 9 1/2 view glass showcases, 12 1/4 view glass showcases,
11 full Vision glass showcases, 6 cosmetic chairs, and 12 jewelry / cosmetic counter
top Mirrors.
Liquid
Asset Partners will also be liquidating all of the warehouse equipment from the
closed department store liquidation: 111 - 72" sections of orange cantilever,
18 - 26"X96" sections of wide span type rack, 142 - 12"X48"X87"
metal shelving, 53 - 12"X48"X87" wooden shelving units, 181 boxes
of hangers, 1 large conveyor which is 120'X30", 27 Stackable chairs, 1 -60"X32"
flat cart, 13 - 3-tiered rolling carts, 1 rubber trash cans, 2 and presto lifts.
Mannequins
will be liquidated from the Dillard's department store liquidation. Liquid
Asset Partners will liquidate the following: 102 torsos, 56 stands, 21 Black
T-Shirt stand, and 18 ladies Hip to Toe mannequins.
There
will also be a small amount of Christmas Decorations being liquidated by Liquid
Asset Partners: 11 Christmas Displays, 2 Spiral Christmas Trees, 26 Christmas
Trees which are pre decorated, 15 runs of garland, 15 Christmas wreathes, 2 rain
deer displays., and 33 garland swaggs.
The
majority of the items for being liquidated the department store liquidation

Tables, 34 Medium display Tables, 27 Small display Tables, 9 2Way Wood and Brass
Bar Racks, 5 Wood Hutches, 16 Cash Wraps, 6 Mens 2-Way Suite Displays, 3 Floor
spinners earring displays, 2 Tie and sock display Tables, 2 Polo Ralph Lauren Underwear
Displays, 12 Large Wall prints, 8 Small Wall prints, 5 Medium wall prints, 3 Dump
tables, 9 kids display table benches, 23 folding tables, 14 hoisery displays,
13 Counter top spinner displays, 10 Longerie clear plastic displays With Chrome
rods, 5 Yellow two tiered tables on casters, 1 red and greed wood hutch w/ 6
drawers, 1, scantier open curio, 5 wood displays, and 6 open curio in various
designs.
There
is also some Warehouse equipment that will be liquidated: 175 employee locker
cubes, 6 four step ladders, 20 three step ladders, 1 seven step ladders, 1 five
step ladders, 1 flammable storage cabinets, 3 merchandise tables on casters, 5
gumball machines, 8 rubber trash cans, 2 rubber rolling trash bins, 1 pallet
jack Roll-Lift, 2 Nesta-Flex conveyors, 2 8' Fiberglass ladders, 1 Fiberglass
ladder, 12 open curio wooden shelving units, 2 five drawer file cabinets, 1 12'
aluminum ladder, and 1 commercial trash compactor with 15 yard container.
